This exceptional opportunity awaits the results-oriented team player that can manage day-to-day operations of the Individual Giving Program. Serving as resident expert for this vital function, duties involve providing primary logistical/organizational support to keep individual giving contacts connected, engaged and involved.
Demonstrating excellent communication and planning skills, the INDIVIDUAL GIVING OFFICER - FUNDRAISING will consistently monitor existing donors to build greater understanding of individual priorities and potential for upgraded gifts. As Manager of Individual Giving, functions include soliciting donors of $500+, creating prospect strategy plans and serving as staff liaison to the corporate advisory board.
To qualify, you must be a highly enthusiastic team player and entrepreneurial self-starter with:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5+ years experience in annual fund and/or major gift fundraising position
Knowledge of planned giving vehicles preferred
Excellent communication (written & oral) with strong negotiation and presentation skills required
High energy level and proven flexibility
